As we turn the page on 2025, we are filled with gratitude for another unforgettable year of connection, celebration, and community at The Village at South County Commons. From sold-out movie nights to record-breaking attendance at seasonal events, 2025 proved once again that The Commons is more than a destination — it’s where South County comes together.
2025 in Review
This past year brought standout moments that exceeded expectations and set new records across the property.
Our Spring and Fall Movie Nights were instant hits, with Field of Dreams in the spring and Beetlejuice in the fall both selling out in record time. These beloved classics brought families, friends, and neighbors together for nights filled with nostalgia, laughter, and community spirit.The Thursday Night Summer Concert Series continued to be a highlight of the season, welcoming hundreds of guests each 
week. Music filled the Commons all summer long as visitors gathered to enjoy live performances, warm evenings, and the vibrant energy that has become synonymous with these concerts.
One of the most meaningful moments of the year came during our annual Breakfast with Santa, which saw record-breaking donation numbers in 2025. Hundreds of community members joined us for a magical morning filled with holiday cheer,
activities for kids, live music, and visits from special guests — all while supporting an important cause and giving back to families in need.
Throughout the year, our tenants kept the calendar buzzing with events and experiences, from trivia nights and comedy shows to themed dinners, watch parties, and creative gatherings. The Commons truly stayed alive with activity in every season.
Looking Ahead to 2026
The excitement is only building as we head into 2026.
We’re thrilled to welcome new bands to the Summer Concert Series lineup and continue expanding our slate of community-driven events throughout the year. From returning favorites to brand-new experiences, there will be even more reasons to gather at The Commons.
Expect a packed events calendar featuring comedy nights, trivia, dueling pianos, and special themed events, along with a Super Bowl Watch Party at the cinema and additional movie experiences in the works.
We’re also excited to celebrate new businesses that have recently opened, adding even more variety, energy, and offerings to the property. With our tenants’ calendars already filling up, there’s no shortage of things to do, see, and experience.
