First Track Primary Care Now Open at South County Commons
South County Commons is pleased to welcome First Track Primary Care, a new healthcare practice founded by local nurse practitioner Kyle Wardle, APRN.

As recently highlighted in The Independent, Wardle launched the practice in response to the growing challenges many Rhode Islanders face when seeking primary care. A South Kingstown resident and graduate of the University of Rhode Island’s nursing and master’s degree programs, Wardle brings years of healthcare experience to his new practice. His approach emphasizes direct communication, transparent pricing, and individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Unlike many traditional primary care settings, First Track Primary Care operates with smaller patient panels, allowing for longer visits and more meaningful conversations about health goals, chronic disease management, nutrition, weight management, mental health, sleep disorders, and overall wellness.

The practice’s name, “First Track,” is inspired by Wardle’s passion for mountain biking. In biking, the term refers to being the first rider on a trail—a fitting reflection of his goal to remove obstacles and create a clear path toward better healthcare for his patients.
